Lesico Process Piping is an Israel-based process piping systems constructor specializing in semiconductor, water treatment, and medical manufacturing sectors. Their portfolio of expertly welded solutions includes Offsite Manufacturing (OSM) of high-grade skid modules as well as Ultra-High Purity (UHP) gas panels, boxes, and racks.

Goal

Anemone Ventures launched a business development project with leading Taiwanese fab process piping suppliers on behalf of Lesico with the aim of reaching out to potential customers, establishing demand for Lesico products, identifying new fab construction trends in the region’s semiconductor market, and launching discussions towards RFQ generation.

Results

Traction #1

Within a 6-month period, Anemone Ventures successfully brought forward 21 potential Taiwanese clients and partners, facilitated 34 on-site meetings, and arranged several additional video conferences.

Traction #2

Anemone Ventures’ active and thorough engagement with key Taiwanese industry leads generated two substantial RFQs for valve manifold panels (VMP) with projected annual unit demand in the thousands.

Traction #3

Our team planned, organized, and managed an exhibition booth on Lesico’s behalf at Taiwan’s 2021 SEMICON trade show. Located under the High-Tech Facility Pavilion, Anemone Ventures successfully increased Lesico’s regional exposure and connected with 14 quality business prospects.

Traction #4

Lesico gained clear visibility on its Asian prospects and what can potentially be their market entry strategy for business development in Asia.
