CoreFlow develops advanced handling and conveying solutions for Semiconductor and Flat Panel Display (FPD) equipment manufacturers. Its air-floating products can be found on the production floors of leading Semiconductor and FPD manufacturing fabs, reliably handling wafers and glass panels. This includes Semiconductor fabs such as TSMC, glass panels display makers such as Samsung and LG and contracted display manufacturing such as AUO and Innolux. CoreFlow non-contact air-floating solutions transport glass substrates of any size, thickness, and weight – including latest Gen10.5 panels with the utmost air-gap accuracy.

Anemone Ventures’ multi-layer relations paved the way for deeper collaboration and installations of Coreflow systems in various departments up and down its manufacturing lines and have allowed CoreFlow to introduce unique new aero-mechanical solutions and technologies.

Anemone Ventures brought forward multiple integration projects with local major FPD and Semicon equipment companies and leading fab automation suppliers. This includes opportunities for Gen6 glass conveyor installations at a prominent FPD fabs, and first-time installation is Asia of a newly developed glass motion system in actual production environment.
