The BCCT Women in Business committee Chair Revital Shpangental Golan and CEO Steven Parker emphasized the importance and benefits of running the WIB programme. They highlighted that although Taiwan ranks top in Asia for gender equality, much more can be achieved to reduce inequality in the workplace. The WiB programme is crucial to empower women and create leading role-models across Taiwan.
