The keynote speakers and the panelists from our close academic partners delivered their professional experience and profound research during the speeches and discussions. President of Providence University, Prof. Tang, Chang Yi stated: “We foster talents who can produce quality food and guide people to build balanced eating habits.” As the first school in Taiwan to adopt the resume for traceable food in the cafeteria, Providence University will continue to open the door to the industry to profess knowledge, and meanwhile, create new values for society.
